I understand that my membership at Beekman Wine Club is ongoing. A minimum of (2) month is required to qualify for membership benefits. I understand that I may cancel my membership after 1 month but must do so in writing 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. I understand that I am required to notify Beekman Wine Club of any address, billing or shipping changes to avoid delays. Misdirected shipments and delivery difficulties will result in additional shipping charges. Beekman Wine Club reserves the right to delay shipping due to weather conditions that may not be ideal for wine. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. All wine orders must be placed and received by a person 21 years of age or older. Shipper requires verification of age at the time of delivery. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. If wine is returned as a result of the inability to provide age verification or multiple attempts to deliver, all associated costs will be the responsibility of, and charged to, the customer. Beekman Wine Club reserves the right, without notification, to change: wine club charges, member privileges (discounts and tastings), event dates, and shipping arrangements at any time.
